Awesome caravan park on the river. Just a few minutes from Yamba. The staff are friendly and there is even a coffee van open from 9am. The amenities, while a little old, are spotlessly clean. You can fish from the pontoon and a couple of jetties. However, in NSW, apparently, you need a fishing licence. The sites are a good size with plenty of room for the car and car. As you enter the park there are also a few brand new looking cabins. All looking at the water. We would definitely return if our travels bring us this way again.

Love this beautiful place 😍We had 4 nights here in our caravan on a waterfront site with our dogIt's a quiet park with very clean facilities, nice walks along the river, great fishing spot. Perfect place to relax and recharge. There is also a coffee van, and the young lady who runs that, as well as checking in everyone does a wonderful job. Look forward to coming back.

A beautiful little caravan park. Nice and quiet and right next to the river. 15 min drive into Yamba. Ammenities are clean and staff very helpful. Roads within the park are mainly sandy but well maintained. The coffee cart is an added bonusReally enjoyed our four nights here. We will return.

What a great little caravan park! Nice and quiet, close to town but far enough away to avoid noisy traffic and be able to see the stars at night. Amenities aged but kept very clean. Great spot on the river. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely loved this park. We were lucky enough to have 10 nights on slab powered waterfront site. Have grass, gravel & slab sites. Very clean amenities, great spot to fish, so peaceful & quiet to just sit & relax. Small camp kitchen with basics. Coffee van at front. Only 1x washing machine & dryer, could do with couple more, other than that it's a great park. Highly recommend, especially for couples looking for a quieter stay.

What an amazing place to stay! This has got to be one of the best kept secrets in yamba! Totally recommend this awesome little park to everyone, not only are they super friendly but the amenities are extremely clean and the grounds are gorgeous. The most calming, mature, friendly caravan park I have ever had the privilege of staying at. The guys running the place are a big part of the vibe. They are friendly, genuine and helpful.

What a cracker of a park . Small but right on the river. Amenities are older but spotless. As a fisherman the perfect location to throw a lure or drown a prawn. I would definitely be happy to come back again.

What an absolute gem of a place. The location is amazing. The Clarence River is on your doorstep, you could only get closer if you were on a boat. Sarah is one of life’s treasures, so hospitable and makes sure you feel right at home. Amenities sparkle. We will definitely be back. Oh and don’t forget the coffee cart - make sure you try the coffee ❤️ Cheers Nicki

This is an absolutely gorgeous caravan park right on the Clarence river. Honestly we couldn’t want for more. The two blocks of toilet amenities were cleaned regularly, as were the bbq facilities. A gorgeous little coffee van onsite and super friendly hosts. We would definitely come back here again. Highly recommend.

I can not believe we didn’t know about Fishing Haven Holiday park before now !! We are so glad we found it - the park itself is beautifully maintained, there are several BBQ’s, lots of seating and picnic benches, a few jetty’s/ pontoons to fish off and a coffee van on site !! What else do you need when you want a quiet escape ? !It’s a short drive into Yamba to swim at the beach or grab a meal at the pub or bowlo or check out the weekend markets. It’s a short drive back to Maclean or into Grafton if you want to explore more of the Clarence Valley. We have told all our family in Grafton about this fantastic little hidden gem, I’m pretty sure it’ll become a new favourite or many of us !

Do yourself a favour and book this site! The best one since our three week holiday. Nice and quiet, the staff are extremely helpful, extra clean and tidy (staff always cleaning and tidying up). They have the best little caravan for great coffee by the river. Only thing is they don’t have a pool but we just purchased a blow up one for the kids!

What a gorgeous spot! VERY disappointing when the previous campers leave their discarded cigarette butts on the camp site! NO respect! Disgusting 🤢

Spent a very relaxing 3 nights here, could have stayed longer. Very special location right on the river. Very well cared for small park with clean facilities. Staff were very friendly and the onsite coffee van was a convenient addition. Unfortunately for us, the fish were not biting during our stay, but the location was definitely a haven to explore the local area or just sit by the river and relax.

Very beautiful place to stay! It‘s a 10min ride from Yamba. But it‘s worth a longer drive. The service is very lovely and helpful. Clean showers and toilets new kitchen areas. A nice coffee trailer and a great view on the lake.

We stopped at Yamba for a few days. Couldn't get into either of the 2 caravan parks in town, so we came out to Fishing Haven c/Park.( very short trip into Yamba under 10 minutes drive)Luckily, they have a vacant spot of us. We have a big rig. We fitted in perfectly, with plenty of room. What a FANTASTIC caravan park. It is such a nice quiet park. The park runs along the Clancey River. They have 2 jetties or fish off the rocks, just out our back doors. They also have a little coffee van on the front foreshore, with tables and chairs to sit and watch the world go by. Absolutely beautiful. All the staff are really nice. Both lots of amenities are very clean. The park is very well looked after. It's a credit to all staff. There also is an undercover area with outdoor seating to sit around and chat with other campers. They also have a few cabins on site, too.If you want quietness and rexlation, come to this beautiful caravan. 😍Plus, it's dog friendly!!!

This really is an amazing place. Great fishing and all the staff are really friendly. I just marked one star down as some of the facilities need updating.

Small spots with no privacy but a great location on the river. Screening or bushes between sites would assist. Old but clean amenities. Driving distance to town.
