Stayed here for 3 months as it was close by for work purposes.. What a great place 2 shower/toilet blocks for males and... 2 for females,2 b.b.q areas camp kitchen, laundry and coffee van next to awesome river for fishing , hosts & staff are helpful & friendly, the town of Yamba with shops, restaurants and beaches only a 7 minute drive, I would & will stay again at the Fishing Haven Holiday Park.. located on Palmers Islandread more

Big camp sites amenities are a bit dated but clean. Lots of snags off the jetty when fishing. Expect to lose a bit of... gear. I personally didn't get onto any fish there. Plenty of bait about if you drop a bait jig and berley with bread you'll get some livies. Recommended hiring a boat if you're chasing anything bigger than your hand.read more

I booked this on a random find and just cant believe how great it was! Beautiful location and the Management are so... very friendly and make you feel extremely welcome. Stayed in the 'Riverbreeze Cabin' which couldn't be more perfect for us (very clean and tidy) and our puppy - who was also very welcome and met lots of little fury friends there. We also met some beautiful people there that we hope to see again on our next visit which won't be to far away. This has juts become a regular holiday spot for us :)read more

This caravan park is a quiet and pet friendly place. We are about 25 meters to the river. We have the river directly in... front of us. Fishing is great. The park is only small. We are paying $36.00 a day and after the 7 day we get the next day free,it gets more expensive at Easter and Christmas. We love it here hope this is helpful to others.....read more

Lovely place on the bank of the Clarence River near Yamba. Not good for younger children as the river is fast and deep... and about a mile wide. I saw fishermen cleaning fish regularly. There are three jetties to fish from and boat parking too.read more
